How do I know if property investment is right for me?
Property can be a strong long-term wealth builder, but it is not for everyone. It requires patience, the right financial position, and a tolerance for a long holding period. On the strategy call we assess your current financial position against your long-term goals and tell you whether it stacks up. If it does, we build a plan. If it does not, we tell you that too.
How much money do I need to get started?
It is usually less than you think. Many clients use equity from an existing home, cash savings, or their super through an SMSF. On the call we calculate exactly what you need and whether it is achievable from your current position. If it is not yet, you leave with a roadmap to get there.
How do you select the properties you recommend?
Every property goes through detailed research, cashflow modelling, and strict criteria filters. Our internal team assesses growth potential, rental demand, infrastructure plans, and financial performance, then stress-tests the numbers with conservative assumptions. We invest over $50,000 a year in data and research platforms, plus partner with third-party research firms for an additional layer of due diligence. If it does not stack up, we do not show it to you.
How do you actually get paid?
Our commission is earned at settlement, not upfront. We are only paid when a deal closes that stacks up on your numbers. Any referral fees from related parties (brokers, conveyancers) are fully disclosed in writing before you sign anything. There are no ongoing management fees and no per-property fees.
